London Film Festival came to a close yesterday with 100 NIGHTS OF HERO, a very intriguing adaptation of a graphic novel version of One Thousand and One Nights. Historical fantasy is always a little fruity, but this has an interesting feminist spin and some startling visuals

Thoroughly enjoyed the new film PILLION at the London Film Festival, a kind of serious romantic comedy that skirts around the BDSM fetish scene, and does so with respect and maturity. Refreshing to see kinks being treated normally and placed within a traditional romantic setting

Good god, I watched HAMNET at the London Film Festival today. A brilliant adaptation of a great book, about Mr and Mrs Shakespeare dealing with the death of their son. It portrays shattering grief and somehow helps you process it. The whole cinema was weeping. Astonishing stuff
