The Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Fund aimed to support adults most at risk of loneliness and social isolation. The funding, which we managed, was fully provided by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. We welcomed funded organisations to celebrate the enormous impact of the fund. 💚
