A glimpse into my professional life, when I'm not nerding out. It's been a week, and a heck of a few months. I feel I've hit a Checkpoint though, finally, akin to Crash Bandicoot! 😆

So many events coming up and work-related travel taht I've been finding it difficult to figure out how to go about an already belated #PKC16 celebration. I have an idea, it's just setting and committing to dates. Gonna sleep on it. At least the studio is looking good!

A big congratulations to my sister, Anya, who graduated this week! 🎉 Many of you who have followed @PokeCollection since the beginning will remember her fondly. Anya was 8 when I first started the channel, can you believe it? 🤯 Couldn't be more proud of you, Anya! 😊

Not me unfollowing a known TCG accessories supplier for featuring a [redacted] and, by extension, a reminder of another person who's [redacted]. Throwing it back to the time that duo wreacked havoc in the local gaming scene and then escaped to Australia because they were effectively outed.

Moments like now when I question, after seeing something unwelcome come across my feed, if I'm affected by it. Then I realise, though it brings back a twinge of trauma for a mo, I'm actually just fine and I just LOL because life is good and I'm content. Some people hate that. 🤣

WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME(COLLECTION)! 🎉 Just got the keys! 🏡 After countless open homes, juggling parenthood with new career milestones, and a bloody ton of stress, our efforts finally paid off, and the timing couldn't be more perfect, having settled today on Eid-al-Fitr. ☺️🙏

He would've been 25 today.

Ohai 2023, it's 2024. Sup? This is so cool to see! Priorities have shifted over the years and I got used to seeing 'red'. I adjusted #PokeCollection so that it fit within my life, not the other way around, so naturally the audience shifts, ages, etc. It's like a resurgence. It's like a new start.
