Lunch today was the most simple. Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli.
The taste of southern Italy (we all lay claim to it in the south). But given Puglia has the best of Italy’s olive oil, let’s just call it ours.
