Not gonna lie: one of the best part of getting fit myself is using my own body as reference. Of course I’m not as fit as a muscled man and will never be but I can see how joints and muscles work and that’s helping me so much for my art. Body anatomy is amazing.

Theresa, our new (and lethal) tenant. She keeps our interior yard and bonsais clean and safe… and I could spend HOURS just watching and admiring her. (Also she’s BIG)

Remains of the Wolf King’s castle at dawn. Too bad we destroyed most of our Medieval Islamic patrimony in the past, but it’s good to restore what we can to remember and reimagine a big part of our roots and culture.

Coming back from my voluntary ostracism to say I’ve had my cancer tests and I’m still NED. Not only that: I’m in an excellent health condition in general. Strong, fit, and feeling great. Good habits won’t cure my cancer but will make me feel as good as possible. This is the major evidence. Ciao!

Spent a whole day on working. With self care and a lot of tests and stretches and doing other short activities. A productive day is EXHAUSTING. I never had it since my first diagnosis. How could I bear this DAILY? 😟 Surgeries and chemo have deteriorated me so much 🥲

The only good thing of being diagnosed by fatal deseases is you learn what people normally learn when they’re getting old, when maybe it’s too late because their bodies won’t respond. I’m lucky to accept death is a thing when I’m still young and strong enough to live my life at my fullest.

Not to be rude but just because I’m not posting doesn’t mean I’m not drawing. For the first time in my life, I’m drawing as a meaningful process to me and not to “create content”. I’ll be sharing again when I feel in the mood. And when I re-plan my life after everything that has been happening.
