Love this! I love how you mentioned it is a support instead of delivering an entire lesson. It can cause technical fatigue if students use them 8 hours a day.

Yessssssssss hands-on is so engaging and incorporates so many other factors too. Kids need hands-on well after k-2. It doesn't have to be a big event either something simple like drawing on a desk to show what you know or creating with playdoh. #EduSkyChat

In English class we call that awareness of audience. My best tool for building empathy is literature, but getting students to read deeply and put themselves in other perspectives is increasingly a challenge. Now wondering if there are ways AI could help me do that? eduskyai

I had an interaction with a small business last week that I suspect was really one guy with a team of ai assistants and stock photos. But he got the job done. #Eduskyai

to me durable skills are all things that make us human such as critical thinking, collaboration, problem solving, empathy, communication, SEL competencies etc #EduSkyAi

A3: I like to focus on Ai’s ability to empower small teams in order to create large organizations. The future of organizations will be small teams with multiple agents working alongside these teams #EduSkyAi

A2: Not necessarily an Ai skill but a human skill which is having empathy. Empathy is at the heart of design thinking and being able to work with Ai while putting yourself in other people's shoes to solve real problems is of the utmost importance! #EduSkyAi

It is literally a more frustrating mobile version of Sorry ! During COVID this was a heart breaker and maker lol #LevelUpEdu

A3: Getting students to work in groups of 4 and playing Ludo King (Sorry) and calculating the likelihood of someone getting knocked off the board would be interesting. They could see how the app doesn't follow any probability LOL #LevelUpEdu

I think God of War is one of those that if a high school student selected it as their "text" for an assignment, it's all good. Full class playthrough? Probably need permission slips 😆 #LevelUpEDU

A2: Piggy backing off of my first answer, I think having something similar for Hindus as God of War could be really interesting. My brother always had that idea and thought it would teach a lot and be really interesting! #LevelUpEdu

A1: Getting an interest in Greek Mythology from God of War is definitely fun but I am not sure how classroom friendly that would be! #LevelUpEdu

I did not see that but those are my two favourite games. I would play Pokemon Go to much so I had to delete it 😅 #LevelUpEdu

A3: Currently witnessing the Peel District School Board implementing a whole new Black history focused curriculum and coming out with different ethnicities as they begin to roll this out! #eduskychat

A2: I think measuring behaviour with natural language processing is the way to go. We have never had an opportunity to understand students in a better way then asking them to rank their feelings. #eduskychat

I think the most important thing to teach students isn’t finding the truth but rather being able to critically think and have empathy. Different perspectives have different views and sometimes there are to many lies and there never really is a truth #edchat
