It's January and the @bradleys-offlic.bsky.social Fancy Table™ is like Old Mother Hubbard. So I picked up a few beers from (new to me) Bootstrap Brewing Co. All the way from Colorado, and brewed with Rocky Mountain Glacier Water. First up is Lush Puppy Juicy IPA. File under "lush". Obvs. Cheers.

Next up is this superb 10.2% abv imperial stout that was aged in orange bitters barrels, by The White Hag from Co. Sligo. It’s akin to a boozy old fashioned cocktail, with some caramel and chocolate added to it. #BskyBeer 🍺🇮🇪

Treating myself. The story here is that 8 Degrees Brewing found a 5 year old barrel of their Black Ball Metric Stout and rereleased it. Clocks in at 11.4% (no hint of the alcohol) and should be filed under sumptuous, chocolatey, coffee amazeballs. Cheers all.

First beer of 2026 is this lovely grapefruit and pineapple sour from Finnish brewers Coolhead Brew. A light and fuzzy sour which tastes a bit like Lilt with a tangy sour finish #bskybeer
