A parasite is an organism which lives by feeding from other live organisms. Such is the position of the capitalist class. They can only accumulate capital so long as the majority of people will produce wealth and receive a price for their labour power which is less than the value of their product.

After chattel slavery came feudalism. Then capitalism. The next progression is real socialism. For a long time all countries have had capitalism with more state control (eg China) or less (eg USA). They’ll stay capitalist until they get socialist majorities. We’re not there yet.

Capitalists are making April Fools of the majority. Rising bills are once again squeezing the life out of the working class. It doesn’t have to be like this. We only have to pay bills if we continue allowing a minority to own and control the means of producing and distributing what humankind needs!

Capitalism is like an old manky threadbare pair of jeans. People keep on voting for different governments that try to patch holes while more and more keep on appearing because the trousers are totally worn-out and beyond mending. The sensible solution is to throw them away and change to a new pair.

You can stick with Labour, retry the Tories, piddle about with Farage’s party or give another pro-capitalism party (e.g. Lib-Dems, greens etc) your support. But if you really want a complete end to all of the money worries, inadequate essential services etc, the only solution is Marxist socialism!

Many in poverty will be visiting Tesco Express stores desperately hoping to obtain some free food near its expiry date. Shops’ workers and charities will get first pick. Most people’s visits will result in them getting nothing for free. Only Marxist socialism guarantees free access to what you need!
