Got an email today saying my PreSonus MICROSTATION-BT wouldn't be shipping until December... DECEMBER!?!? Nope. I cancelled the order and found it on Amazon. It'll be here tomorrow. I need to be able control the Subwoofer without bending down and blowing my back out adjusting the volume.

I go into my studio and I look at the clock "10:33PM" I edit some midi. I look at the clock again "2:20AM" I time traveled! This also happens when Shawna calls me complaining that "it's a slow work day." I tell her, "I'll take a nap so it speeds up!" I wake up; she's home! Time travel is real.

Tonight, I'll be testing out a vocal chain I made which includes Altiverb on an AUX channel. If it works, then it'll remove my smacking and crackling while I sing ...which happens cause I'm missing some molars on my lower right side. IF I hate my singing then I'm replacing it with an Ai singer. 🎤🤖

Tonight, even with this head cold, I’m going to attempt to record vocals. A few years back, a major reflux attack damaged my vocal cords. I wasn't taking care of myself back then. The high notes I once loved hitting are almost impossible now and it hurts for me to sing. BUT, Melodyne's got my back.🙏

One of the blessings of sharing a house with my parents is my mom's cooking. She has Pulmonary Fibrosis but still wants to make dinners for us. Her Meatloaf, Jerk Chicken, Philly Cheese Steaks, Chicken Bacon Ranch Alfredo, Chicken Dumpling Soup, Enchiladas, Spaghetti w/ Meatballs ...SO DELICIOUS! 🤤

Fun week ahead! Started off with a 300-mile round trip adventure to Chico’s Pizza in Moses Lake yesterday with great friends. Today–Thurs: Yakima! (Texas Roadhouse Dinners, El Porton lunch , sightseeing, and thrifting!) Friday: Buckling down and editing videos while starting work on my first album.

Our cat Woodstock. This was the first time he meowed for us. I was trying to record his purring, but he had other plans. This was October 15, 2022, just hours after we adopted him and his sister Sophie. They were 4 months old and still on a 2 hour feeding schedule. So, at 1:57 AM, he reminded me.😻

HUGE #THANKS to #NektarTech and #LogicPro for resolving the compatibility and connectivity issues with the Panorama CS12! I really missed mapping the Tempo knob as a jog wheel. Honestly, it feels like the unit performs even better now than it did before the Sequoia 15.5 and Logic 11.2 updates.👍👍

PTA is my favorite writer and director, hands down. I own all of his films, some in all formats. I love Boogie Nights but Magnolia is my absolute favorite of his, and it ranks number three on my list of all-time favorite movies. It’s a beautiful masterpiece that I never get tired of watching.
