I wore my very first pair of socks today, which were #knit way back in 2005. I still remember casting them on. Why I thought it was a good idea to cast on my first socks in an airplane, I’ll never know. They are showing their age, but I still like to take them out for a spin once in a while. 🧶

I rarely #crochet, being much more of a #knitting enthusiast, but tonight’s WIP is an improvised hyperbolic snuffle mat for my puppy made from well-aged acrylic stash yarn 🧶.

Was a little over-caffeinated and/or overconfident knitting these socks earlier today and had to rip back several rows to remove unintended design elements, but should be back on track now. At least until my decision to knit in an awkward position in low light catches up with me.

Finished the last toe and wove in ends on this wickedly bright pair of socks before work this morning. Made from leftovers of a pair knitted in 2017, and there is still yarn left. I wish I could remember what yarn 🧶 this was, since I now know there are two adult pairs and change in each skein.
