Outer Worlds 2 has a big river on the first planet you need to cross. One way is a drawbridge, but if you have a high combat sprint speed you can just jump across the gap if you're in a hurry.

My biggest critique of The Outer Worlds 2: invisible walls. The parkour was a vast improvement over the first game, until I started hitting invisible walls. Was hoping to get on this hanging train for some scenic views.

Made it to Final Fantasy: A New World! Never made it to one of the smaller performances before so I’m very excited!

Rolled credits on The Outer Worlds 2 finally after racking up 70+ hours on a single save on Very Hard. It was fantastic. A definite recommend from me if you don't mind your action RPGs being less open in favor of a tighter narrative. I'll post more thoughts over the weekend.

I chose brilliant, lucky, and dumb for my three The Outer Worlds 2 traits. Meh on brilliant. Very, very happy with lucky. Extremely amused by dumb and I don’t notice the negative impact at all due to how stingy skill points are anyways.

About ten hours into The Outer Worlds 2: I like it and I want to keep playing it when I get off work. But it’s not blowing my mind either. A cromulent experience. But that’s how I felt about the first game before eventually doing five playthroughs. So gonna see it through.

One big thing The Outer Worlds 2 added: some parkour with Magic Plot Double Jump Boots. It's not a huge element of the game if you are big into nonstop parkour (try C2077), but still is an appreciated addition over the original game.

My The Outer Worlds 2 character. About five hours into the game, I can say that as long as you pick a "thing" for combat, you can lock the other combat options if you wanna run dumb which forces you to be dumb at five things. Melee might need sneak paired with it though if you run on very hard mode.

Dumb Run is back in The Outer Worlds 2. This is around the 10th option I got in my first threeish hours of play and pretty spoiler/context free. Pretty happy with the dumb dialogue so far.

Playing through The Outer Worlds again ahead of The Outer Worlds 2 has been calming for my autism. A pretty game that makes me laugh a lot.

The Outer Worlds gives you a solid Dumb option of blaming cutting off of power to a community on how much you like pressing buttons.

Working my way through The Outer Worlds DLC Murder on Eridanos, which I wholly recommend. Got really overlooked on initial release but it added a lot to the lore and the vibe. Excellent dumb run solution to a major plot quest too.

I'm back to regular streaming! A lot of The Outer Worlds dumb run hard mode this week as I prepare for The Outer Worlds 2.

Fired up my original Stardew Valley save on the Switch 2. Still looks the same but it’s FANCIER somehow.

I’m an autistic person obsessed with video games and enjoys sharing my joy about them. I was also able to adapt and find work in data. Autism acceptance helped make both possible, and I hope we continue to work more toward acceptance as a society.

Four hours into The Outer Worlds on latest dumb supernova run. Working my way through Edgewater. No deaths yet. Always take toughness at level 2 on this difficulty though as there's early game stuff that can quickly kill you.

You can merge boots in Stardew Valley. Also, I'm making Stardew Valley stuff again. Anyways, yeah, here's how to combine boots.

Anyways, I started my fourth playthrough of The Outer Worlds to prep for TOW2. Supernova difficulty. Dumb run. Temperament/Charisma build. His name is Burp Durp. He's too dumb to die.

Day 7 of Elder Scrolls Online. Finally picked it up again after a week away and spent 30 minutes trying to figure out inventory management and what all this stuff meant in the middle of a quest so I could get rewards. Not exactly a great new player experience, but I did it and had fun exploring.

Weapons was a pretty great film. Probably the best presentation of a hot dog snack tray in cinema history.

Wanna know what my favorite Stardew Valley streams are? The ones where I can randomly drop in, randomly drop an obscure min max factoid like “Sandy sells deluxe speed gro on Thursdays for half the price of Pierre” then magically vanish again like an autistic Stardew Valley fairy.

I won a Doom: The Dark Ages collectors edition at a QuakeCon raffle hosted by Dallas Pets Alive! I look forward to playing it once it ships back home!

Day 6 of Elder Scrolls Online: I unlocked an achievement and learned how the devs stop you from swimming too far out! No invisible walls. Just death.

Remember to post signs and feed golden animal crackers to your legendary fish ponds in Stardew Valley!

Day 5 of Elder Scrolls: I was actually pleasantly surprised by the little lore additions in this random side quest I did involving moon sugar and skooma. Honestly, this was one of the big reasons I finally decided to pick this up so look forward to more stuff like this.

Day 4 of Elder Scrolls Online: I read on the wiki that this dog is part of a quest, but I want him now as mine. Why can't I have him now? I'll pay.

Day 3 of Elder Scrolls Online. I discovered casting destructive magic in the middle of town is a crime. Whoops. Incidentally, I also experienced my first defeat in the game.

Day 2 of Elder Scrolls Online. I now have a new dinosaur friend and am figuring out magic combat a little in terms of weaving spells.

I’m attending QuakeCon next week in Grapevine instead of PAX West like usual! I hope to see some mutuals there.

I fell off the grid pretty hard to do life stuff. But I'm kinda back now. I also started Elder Scrolls Online. It took me 10 years to finally try it. But here I am. I made a wizard named The Data Wizard. Wish me luck.

The Elder Scrolls: Castles continues to be one of my mobile mvps for managing my autism at airports. It’s silly and progression is slow, but it makes me happy.

I rediscovered Magic the Gathering a month ago because of Final Fantasy. I’m now “Mythic” rank on Arena on a silly Chocobo (and Tifa) deck. It’s not gonna go pro or anything, but I’m having fun bonking people with birds.
