He just gave her a look. "Sonia.." Leon leaned his forehead against her own. "You know..even though I have quite a bit of paperwork, I usually try to keep a routine when it comes to sleep hours. I think I'll have you come home with me, at least for tonight. You need your beauty rest."

He hugs her tightly, holding her close. "I hope you slept well. I know how you tend to work until an ungodly hour."

"You have a new son..?" This was news to him. He does have a bit of work to do today though. Leon rubs the back of his neck a bit, feeling conflicted. "So long as he is respectful, I don't mind."

He couldn't suppress a grin that was now plastered all over his face. Leon takes hold of her left hand and opens the door for her. "Ladies first."

He gave her a light squeeze. "That's good. I could use a break from my desk. Why don't we take a walk and you can tell me about your trip?"

Well, that's one hell of a way to put him on the spot. But he didn't mind. They've known each other for a long while, and if this is what it took to get those pining feelings out, then so be it. Leon gives her hands a light squeeze. +

He took a brief moment to catch his breath from running. Once he could actually breathe, he took her hands into his own and gave her a small smile. "Sonia, what was the meaning of that.." Lord, now his cheeks were flushed, "..kiss? You wouldn't happen to have feelings for me, would you?"

(Well, that's just rude. Let the dark fire pupper be found in the Johto region, damnit.

As he got to the first floor, Leon looked everywhere before seeing that she was at the front door. His heart raced in his chest, running towards the door as quickly as he could. "SONIA! WAIT UP!" He called out to her, hoping she wouldn't leave just yet.

For about two seconds, Leon was completely dumbfounded. He blinks, trying to comprehend what the hell just happened. Leon thought for a moment. She came into his office, told him about coming back from her trip, kissed him, and left. +

A soft laugh could be heard from Leon as he felt her arms around him. Her squeeze didn't even phase him. "What in the world are you doing, Sonia?"

He slowly creeps behind Sonia before hugging her tightly from behind. "I've caught a Sonia!~"

Leon studied her body language for a moment, tilting his head slightly. It seemed that he may have touched a sensitive topic. As much as he wasn't fond of making her upset, he was curious. "Is..there a reason why you are so upset with your family?"

Yikes. Okay, sore topic. Dully noted. "Ah..sorry to hear that. Though that would explain why I've only seen you around as the only living person here."

Chills ran up his spine as he heard Lillium's voice. No disrespect to the woman, but her presence alone was enough to make him feel cold or that odd sensation of someone walking over his grave. Literal goosebumps crawling up his arms. +
