Trump says he’ll pardon a former Honduras leader convicted of taking millions of dollars in bribes from drug traffickers. A U.S. prosecutor said Juan Orlando Hernández “paved a cocaine superhighway to the U.S.” More evidence that Trump’s threats against Venezuela have nothing to do with drugs.

They’re coming for freedom of the press. The regime wants state run media. Trump’s approval rating is a disaster. He’s been called out for war crimes and murder in Latin America. He’s threatening to de-naturalize citizens. State run media means you won’t hear about any of it. Resist.

Climate change has to become a priority for Democrats. There is no excuse for ignoring the climate change consequences we’ve already been facing, & we know worse climate change environmental effects are on the way.

Time to turn the tables on Trump. Anytime now, someone in the press crowd could point at him & call out when he’s saying something stupid: “Quiet, Piggy, just STFU !!”

WHOA. Trump says he will pardon Juan Orlando Hernandez, who once said that he wanted to “shove the drugs right up the noses of the gringos.” He had people killed as part of his narco-trafficking ring, which he at times operated directly out of his presidential office.

Announcing this not just on a Friday, but on the most holiday weekend of all Fridays, def shows how proud Northwestern’s admins must feel for caving in to bad faith attacks like this. And, in the process, leaving all universities that still have a spine in more vulnerable positions than before.

Appeasement has never worked. Never.
