For the first time in a decade for family reasons I’ll not be attending or leading the Armistice Service at the Auckland War Memorial Museum at 11am tomorrow. Remember it’s taking place this year at The Cenotaph due to maintenance in the Hall of Memories.

Back in the days of the old . . . This stained glass window is one of the few features left on the former Dunedin RSA building at the corner of Burlington Street & Moray Place. It was more than just a RSA it was a war memorial gifted by the citizens of Dunedin to the living in memory of the dead.
