So I got payed for a commission recently via paypal, and for some odd reason, when I tried transferring it to my bank, it said it couldn't transfer it and would put the money back into my paypal account... Am I out of the commission payment I just got? Has this happened to others before?

I finally got my dawntrail relic but FUCK was it annoying, It took literal hours to grind because the drop rates for these god forsaken rocks is (SUPPOSEDLY) 2-3%. Fuck the purple rocks by themselves took EIGHT FUCKING HOURS to get 3 of... I hope to never experience this hell ever again = =💢🔥
