It's been more than 20 years since I finished a cross stitch, and I'm starting to get a bit sad.

What a perfect morning

I had to stare at it some more, but it's ticking along again

I figured it out! I just needed to stare at it intently for a few more minutes without being headbutted by the cat.

Very small progress today; it's really hard to tell which blue/green combination is which once they've been stitched, and now I've encountered a patch that I'm not sure how to get into.

Some more waves today

When I was stitching the rocks, I missed stitching waves, so I assumed I would miss the rocks too. But I love the waves! I love how they come in one colour at a time.

I just need to stitch one square I (don't know how I) missed and then it's time to move on.

This time progress slowed down because I played Slay the Spire straight through the long weekend. No regrets.

The original "horizon" is just where the pattern folds, and has since ripped since it's 20+ years old. This is probably the most difficult part of the whole thing.

Next up: move the hoop and finish the sky
