So Bluesky Bookmarks are not transferable across AppViews, right? Since the `app.bsky.bookmark.*` bookmark lexicons are all verbs, meaning the data is stored only in the AppView and not the PDS?

Has anyone from the bsky team (or otherwise) done a writeup on why protobufs were not a good choice for defining lexicons?
