Maybe it is just one of those days/weeks/months, but I find myself being more and more annoyed when artists self-describe their work in social media posts as "amazing" "beautiful" "fabulous" etc. Aren't you posting so I can make that determination?

Back to doing hexes. Operator error led to an alignment problem so I tried to make it look like little hexes spilling through the larger gap

Specialty CNCs require specialty toolpaths. I've now pretty well worked out how to take any 3 axis Gcode and transform it into 4 axis coordinates that follow the workplace profile. #cnc #woodturning

Maple root burl. I have hated nearly everything about this. Voids were full of mud and rocks, killing some chainsaw blades and whacking tools. I didn't get the rim well balanced. It is a pretty piece of wood. #woodturning
