Going into my last night. I've managed 2 of 12 scheduled sleeps. You basically lie down and try to sleep for 20 minutes but don't move for an hour even if you can't sleep. Last night was bad, 93 mins of sleep. Meeting with the doctors in the morning, can't wait to hear what they have to say 💜

I want to share this but just here - there's something intimate about this site that feels safer. So, night one in the sleep service, they gave me a strong sedative & I had a full blown, horror & psycho & tears night terror event. I'm relieved. Them seeing it, and having it on film, can only help.

I'm really impressed with the Sleep Service at MFT. I have to admit, I was a bit unsure what to expect but it's like a Premier Inn with machines and phones aren't contraband just need to be switched off at certain times. I'm going for a brain scan shortly....wish them luck finding one 🤩
