I went for a short bike ride yesterday & got in a wreck (massive tree root bump in shade) & got pretty messed up (lots of blood & lost skin & bruises). Anyway, even though I did not land on my head it was close & I am glad I always wear a helmet while biking. PSA: Wear a helmet while biking.
