I see a lot of gym-goers make the same mistake. Exercising until your arms or legs fall off isn’t sustainable nor efficient. Progress should look like this: Leg press Week 1: 60kg Week 2: 70kg Week 3: 80kg Week 30: 160kg 2-3 sets per exercise is more than sufficient.

I have gained almost 10kg since the 25th of April. I can still see my abs so I must be doing something right. My butt has grown by 7.81%, my arms by a whooping 11.67%. Yay, gym gains!

Minor goals for 2026: - Delete Reddit and stay off it - Make 2 new friends - Gain 3kg of muscle mass - Read 6 books or more - Play at least 12 new games - Buy one big LEGO set Above all, appreciate the little things every day. Good food, sunshine, hanging out with friends, and movement.
