There are multiple characters that will never have part in Birds Who Sing by the Graves' timeline BUT who are important for the main cast before or after the story. I have plans to eventually make extra short comics about these relationships once the main story is done. (Whenever that'll happen.)

I'm not going to lie, these two are my personal favorites among the comic's characters. There are a lot of sad and oppressive themes through the story so it's soothing to have at least some who are mostly happy with their lives. #art

KAARLO is a young boy who is as quick on his feet as he's mysterious. Few of the villagers can understand him but he's well loved. ALEKS is the moral leader of the town. While the townsfolk are equal and democratic, some guidance is never a bad thing - or is it? #comic #introduction

SAARNI is slow to warm up and keeps to themselves, but are nice when you get to know them! IVAR keeps the spirit of everyone high, he's always active, inventive and social. JOONATAN is another introvert of the town, a gentle giant with steady personality and strong loyalty. #comic #introduction

INGER can be strict but she's resourceful and always on time and ready, often handling work of others as well. She takes care of Kaarlo.
