A short self-guided tour of the Icelandic Westfjords. Not the most species-rich country, but Iceland makes up for it in the sheer numbers of birds present. Great to see our winter visitors and passage migrants on their breeding grounds.

A leucistic Starling (aka "White Tail") has been visiting our garden for over a year now - first seen in December 2023. Currently a daily visitor for at least the last month.
