Some ADHD thoughts from yesterday. What sucks about my symptom of ADHD is that whenever I have a good time, I crash few days later. It’s too consistent.

Thinking about more precise terms to describe "friends" and made this graphic. This exercise describes one way I can use terms to describe the people around me.

Friday night and Saturday are typically for socializing. The rest of the weekdays don't feel like there is enough time to really get into my hobbies. So it's tough to relax on Sunday. I wish I could just give myself a break and play games without being anxious.

I felt good being social yesterday. Sometimes I'm super quiet and distant but tonight, I was able to chat.

Managing anxiety tonight. Layoffs got me scared of not having a job and having to go back to Canada if I don't find a job in 2 months.

One of our top performers got laid off. It fucking sucks to lose him and this anxiety is fucking killing me.

I used to use social media as a way to build who I am and to attract potential online furry friends. But I am at a saturation point. I just want to be me here and see what my friends are up to.

Kaz suit will be ready in winter and I just can't handle the idea of being perceived while I am being my social media self vs. when I am just being genuinely me.

I want less noise in my life. I have a group of people I like and people I am interested in getting to know more. I want my timeline to be of them.
