Today the soap in a public bathroom made my hands smell like stale Play-Doh for hours. Ugh. I could smell it strongly even with my hands stretched far away from me. Sensory nightmare. Had to wash several times when I got home to get most of the smell off. 

Getting to where you are now took a long time, and lots of different kinds of experiences (both negative and positive), which means that there are a bunch of different parts of you that are crying out to be heard and to be treated with respect and compassion. #ActuallyAutistic #AuDHD #Autistic
