The reason why Disney rarely makes movies with Mickey Mouse is the same reason I stopped making content with my main original character. It's cos the character is so precious one doesn't want to risk their image making a movie/comic/etc that fails to convey all the innocence of the character🥺

I've been heard that but don't believe on "separate the art from the artist", cos both are one But if I had to choose, I'll always prefer a kind soul over artistic skills. Why? Cos in the long run it's more rewarding and makes you happier to admire artists who appreciates the love you give to them

True! Being indie creator it's hard But not cos "you aren't talented" or "you don't put enough effort" but cos IS hard I've been making art and sharing it online almost every day for 25 years. it's until 2021 that I started to get art commissions. And even so, I can't get enough money off my art
