Maybe making a card game will fix me

Sometimes I get frustrated that progress on my games is quite slow. Then I remind myself that I am one working adult, with a house and a family to take care of, and therefore only so many free hours for my personal leassures. I don't have a team. It's just me. But that's okay

Had an absolute blast running Advanced Bunkers and Badasses for my friends on stream. The Vod is up for anyone who missed it. Maybe we'll do something like this again in the future.

I put my party against a horde of zombies as they ran down a corridor, expecting it to be a big cinematic moment where they get to the door, are stuck, and overwhelmed. Where they'd then be taken deeper into the facility. But through sheer skill, they slew them all and escaped

Apparently, I must relearn the same mistakes over and over. Skill trees don't work well when split vertically.

Kinda deflated about the Dragon Quest streak. That was an absolute nothing burger... No 4-6 HD Remakes. No 8 or 9 remakes. No global ports of 10. We learnt that 12 is being remade from the ground up and that there is a new Monsters' game at some point. It wasn't even 10 minutes long...

As a cowboy or vampire hunter, would you take a skill that improved your stats but only during the period of noon or midnight respectively?

Keep think classes for MOOKS should be name after animals (Monkey, Eagle, or Packmuel) rather than soemthing more descriptive (Gunslinger, Sniper, Logistics). I don't know why I have this thought.

Messing around with fonts and colours is great until you remember people have to actually be able to read it, then loose 90% of your options.

I've been using Homebrewery for almost a decade, and only just learned why my i couldn't use non-default fonts.

You know, like how you get proofreaders for cultural expertise. I need that, but to know that my characters are attractive to other demographics.

I feel like whenever I make a robot character, they're always super young (like freshly built, a few years old) or hundreds of years old. The concept of a 30-something robot feels alien to me.

As expected, the first half dozen were easy, just updating formatting. The next few existed in scraps and needed to be assembled. The remaining half needs to be built from the ground up. In theory, Im 70% done, but in practice, it will be a while. I'm gonna veg out tonight.
