I even knew at the time it wasnt worth the energy to fight back. Even if they were joking...i wasnt even mad and got over it the next day. But it still sucked that the era where my art was my passion, I learned QUICKLY how real the world was.

Once in a blue moon I think back to this one time in middle school where I drew something for a classmate that I was so proud of and they looked at me after I drew it and said " Oh wow thanks! ...im gonna tell everyone I drew it" and wrote their name over mine on the piece. I just stared at them.
