Jeff Bezos has $222 billion. If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over. And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

Lately there has been a lot of people on BlueSky demanding that Americans to go turn violent on ICE agents. I’m sure that some of them are genuinely just frightened and misguided. But some of them are actively trying to insight violence because that is what is called for in project 2025.

Does anyone else feel the irony of the US violently throwing out thousands of people who just want to be Americans, while simultaneously trying to force thousands of Greenlandic people to become Americans even though they desperately don’t want to?
