I'll never get over the bizarre feeling of returning to normal life. Furcons just have a magic to them for me. It's a place where people are like me. Weird peeps who want to be happy lil beasties. And I can nerd out about being a squeaker or how like maws are fucking awesome. #furryconventions

I ran into the wonderful @hatcore.bsky.social at FWA after 2 people asked me where I got my hat and I didn't remember because it had been years! Like 10's of years I think. I wore that thing to every con and meet and even work on Easter and it's still going, that is some serious quality craft work.

The melancholia is trying to take over my head and make me feel sad at a con but it can go jump in a lake. Imma do all the fun stuffs.

Wanna have a good #furryweekendatlanta or any other con? Here are some tips. 621 for the sleep, 2 meals, and 1 shower a day. Drink water, do it. Done make plans that Will upset you to miss. Popufurs and creatives are busy and have friends too, you might only get a quick hello. Lastly ask for help.

Another rouse con dad tip for #furryweekendatlanta. Thinking about enjoying some "substances" at the con but never done it? Don't. But if you must start with low doses (or drinks), give around 2 to 3 hours for delayed reaction stuff, have a sober friend, be smart about it.

Friendly reminder to #furryweekendatlanta attendees: please do not place your stickers on city property, lest your reg money goes to paying a hefty fine instead of animal preservation.

Technology is being able to rent comics from the library online. Capitalism is the fact that you have to check it out before the arbitrary collective checkout limit for the day is hit and costing one of the limited monthly credits.

Playing classic doom mods in VR lately, slaying demons by the horde. Trying to avoid the demons in my head because those ones are apparently set on nightmare and just keep respawning every time I think I've beat them. Other than that, not much but fighting an infection right now.

It's not even a week into December, and my phone, its SD, and my car are all throwing various errors that are either false positives or mean i'm about to have a very expensive holiday. This is not good for my anxiety in the least.
