Week 3, day 4.
The plan wanted me to run 3 intervals of 10 minutes at a relatively fast speed and 10 minutes at a slower and more comfortable pace.
I was aiming for a safe 4:15/km on the faster intervals, but I was arrogant and averaged at 4:05, 3:56, 3:58.
Fortunately, I âonlyâ have a HM tomorrow.
