Been a good couple of days on Shetland since coming off Foula. The SibeThrush was just wonderful and the Unst Blackpoll showed quite well on the seaweed after giving us the runaround. #RarebirdsUK #ShetlandBirds

Had the day off work so had a few hours at the local reservoirs. Highlight was a Peregrine tucking into a Parakeet. Quiet otherwise. #surreybirds

A satisfying weekend at the local reservoirs. 2 Sandwich Tern over Island Barn on Friday and then a local Turnstone and Curlew. Haven’t had the later at the res for a couple of years now. #SurreyBirds
