Has anyone here had ovaries out? Did you slam headfirst into menopause? What helped you? Any tips? Lord I'm scared out of my mind right now.

Haven't had an operation now for a few years and was told explicitly I was too young for this one. But I guess I'm not anymore?It's the smartest choice for me, especially considering I may be unhoused again very soon. I'm scared of what will happen tho. The side effects. The AFTER.
