As of yesterday, I officially have to move. This is going to put Harbinger's next update on hold for at least another month. Im sorry to anyone interested in the project, I'll have no downtime to work on it until I'm settled in. But I will keep working on it after this hiatus.

Making good progress on lvl 3 and 4. might have to rework lvl 3 down the line if it performs poorly, my pc chuggs in a few areas. It's the biggest level so far with the most lighting effects so I may have to trim it down. Im not going to promise a release date since I will definitely jinx myself.

What vengeful machine god or deep-state cabal did I offend to make all of my accounts on any platform feel like they're buried where nobody can see them. I feel like SOMETHING I've made would've attracted more people. Am I doing something wrong here?

Next update definitely isn't coming out at the end of this month like I planned, lvl3 is nearly complete, lvl4 still needs some work before it's ready. They should be ready in late September if I dont have to move back in with my parents, and thats a colossal fucking "if"

I could do commissions but i work very slowly, and I'd have to charge $25-50 per drawing to make ends meet, which i think is way too much, but times are tough. DM me if you have advice on getting started with comms or want to be my guinea pig.

I wanted to get another update out before the end of the month, but it's looking more like it'll be ready sometime next month if i still have a place to live. I tried some anxiety meds that just worsened it, and that interfered with my progress a lot, as well as cost another job...

Lvl 1 has had a face lift, incorporating more of the new textures I've made and tweaking its layout to flow better. Lvl 2 is completely finished and will actually have stuff to do now. The demo will be updated after Lvl 3 and 4 are finished.

Im currently waiting to hear back from a job that would be flexible enough to allow progress, but if i don't hear back soon, me and my gf will have no money left for food or rent. The solution for most is a gofundme or patreon. But that only works when more than 12 people give a shit. (2/2)

Level 1 is in a completely playable state. But it turns out a level populated with only 2 kinds of fodder enemies is kinda boring... The demo is postponed until I finish a few more enemies to spice up the flow of the combat.

PEOJECT UPDATE!!! Apologies for the long silence, but I've been hard at work. If all goes to plan, I'll have a demo build of my game ready within the next few days. Level 1 will be completely playable with a preview of level 2

I'm really worried about a phrase I've been seeing in the gaimg industry as of late. The term "free update" to me implies the possibility of paid updates. "Pay us 15 more bucks, or you can't play because your game is out of date." Maybe I'm nuts, but I smell exploitation in the air.

Oh boy, I'm starting a new job today! You may think I'm excited, but im actually terrified! I'll have a lot less time to do the things I love, but at least I'll be able to afford groceries again. Yipee!!! I love choosing between survival and self fulfillment...
