A thread showing some examples of missing features (or opportunities) game remasters. First one, was when Warcraft Orcs & Humans got remastered. The original DOS version had multiplayer support up to 2 players but has aged like milk due to being geared towards LAN play at the time.

Having seen the remaster for Deus Ex and the impression not being as positive, it's no wonder why I've stuck to the original versions when possible. They may help with exposure but they don't do a good job trying to keep it accurate by missing certain features for a variety of reasons. {1/2}

I want your thoughts on this. Do you think it's that bad to cheat? Honestly, I despise the idea of cheating as it makes my playthroughs less genuine (god mode/all items/etc) but I also feel bad for having to noclip thanks to issues like softlocks. Hence why I crashed out during my Hexen playthrough.

My recent pre-rendered workings as of these last two nights. This was more or less an experiment to see if I can remake the Pig Cops from Duke Nukem 3D (the 1995 pre-release versions) in my own style.

A base model wasn't kept in mind when I began tweaking previously. Which explains why she always wears her croptop. On the bright side her beret just suits her very well and I fell in love with it. Kind of hard for me to not have it on stream. lol #VTuber #Babiniku

Now the absolute trickiest of them all when it comes to VRoid modding. Adding additional clothing to Akage and the worst part is that I would have to remake her body portions in a base nude model to be closest to the one I currently have. Next issue would be weight painting.

A bit of research indicates that this is some 'generic' oven from Amazon. (I didn't order this btw) The worst part is that it was misleading, no mention of Celsius and I don't remember when it was ordered (it was unused for months) Always be skeptical when buying generic crap!

Whoever manufactured "modern" ovens that lack a bake mode (it had grill, air fry, combined, etc) and used Celsius instead of Fahrenheit should be sent to a comically large air fryer for 30 minutes. My pizza dinner got fucked up.

I spent several hours trying to test modem to modem games via VoIP ATA only to find out the other computer's modem uses COM5, which not many MS-DOS titles seem to use. PCI modem cards are a joke, just buy a null-modem cable and use COM2TCP. Much cheaper than trying to find an external modem.
