A recruiter who ghosted me 2 months ago has just rang me again. It was midway through that they realised who I was and they just gave me the lamest excuse for not getting back to me. I don’t hold much hope they’ll get back to me about this one either tbh. Honestly, this job market is fucked 🤣

In the past 3 months I’ve navigated a move to another city, been made redundant pretty much as soon as I got here, been job hunting constantly, gone through a breakup and I’m still unemployed. I’m resilient, I know that. I know I’ll bounce back and I know I will get something. I’m just so tired.

Didn’t get the job I worked really hard preparing for over the last few days. And it’s always the same feedback. “The other candidate just had more experience…” That’s…7 interviews now since Feb and I’m no closer. I have no idea what the fuck to do or what I’m going to do. I’m so exhausted.

I had all the confidence going into an interview yesterday. I knew the job inside out, I had a great idea to demonstrate and then…anxiety kicked in. I’ve never choked like that before. Even though the feedback was that it was a great interview (it wasn’t), I didn’t get it. IDKWTF is wrong with me.
