My response to a Discord conversation. It drives me bonkers when "Korobeiniki" is mislabeled as "the Tetris Theme" as it completely ignores "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies" (NES Type A), "Kalinka" (Atari arcade/Tengen NES) and "French Suite Number 3 in B Minor" (Gameboy Type C), among others.

Vegas Grand Prix is turning out to be the laughable bundle of chaos most people expected.

Did a bunch of sketches today, including doing some polishing on old unfinished sketches like this one of myself with pigtails. It's even got the old style of bangs!

Yeah this is me.

Tiny (about two inches wide) Post-It note doodle of Murex wrenching on his plane. I want to practice more on drawing the plane at various angles because it's such a mix of weird shapes. Rewatching scenes from Tailspin for reference is rough because there's a ton of badly drawn examples in it.

Developing a new OC after getting smacked upside the head with inspiration. Are Tailspin 'sonas a thing? Because here's Murex, a hyena sky pirate along with his CT-37 fighter. It's weird seeing the plane looking somewhat realistic (where's the exhaust?) when the source material is so inconsistent.

While catching up on some TV watching, did some more art practice. Have a silly, smug werewolf and the result of an attempt at some detailed fur texture.

Final day of #Inktober. I know I've missed the last two due to BLFC, but I really wanted to make sure I took the time to cap off this month. Overall I've been very happy drawing again and honestly shocked that somehow I've "still got it." So let's finish the month with something cute: plush Valden!

Day 28 of #inktober: a ground up redesign of a tanuki character of mine. He came outa little fursuity, but that actually works for me. I also drew him too big for the page. Some old habits don't go away.

Day 27 of #inktober: the OG #FNAF cast! Guess who might be hyped for the movie coming out today? I wasn't originally intending on making them look unique, but after Freddy came out with "bara daddy energy," all bets were off. I like the softer looking Foxy, personally.

Day 26 of #inktober: Almost Got It... More Fidget. Her wings should be visible at this angle, but i thought they'd be a touch distracting and may goof up the composition.

Day 25 of #Inktober: Imminent Snuggles I can't believe I've gotten this far into Inktober and haven't burnt out or gotten entirely distracted yet!

Day 24 of #inktober: A flurry of Fidgets. Trying to draw Fidget from the videogame Dust: an Elysian Tail. Took a few tries, but learning her details. I might be under pressure to draw more nimbats by someone, so it's in my best interests to get better.

Day 23 of #inktober: Truly Relaxed Another piece of Eggnog, my Star Citizen avatar, and probably the most involved drawing I've done this month so far! Here we see her after a long day of trying to earn UEC (credits) while also remaining incognito about her not being human.

Day 22 of #inktober: physics hurts I was going to do hand practice, but the first hand i drew inspired an image around it. Poor Eggnog is either running into a wall/door or faceplanting after artifical gravity kicked back on.

Inktober day...uh...wait, hold on. I'm having technical difficulties. Hexadecimal! Get out of there, I've got work to do! I'll get back to you guys.

Day 21 of #inktober: Meet "EggNog!" She's a critter I adopted years ago and has become my avatar for my adventures in Star Citizen. Basically (this is entirely in my head, FYI) her race is aware of humans and the UEE, but haven't made official first contact yet. She's the ultimate "illegal alien."

Days 19 and 20 of #inktober are related, so I'm sticking them together. Drawing more cartoon characters because i just can't stop! I have only seen like, three episodes of Swat Kats because i just never knew when and where it was going to be on, but it's absolutely my kind of show.

Day 18 of #inktober: a completely uninspired day. Was out on a social thing that distracted from doing something with more effort. I may revisit the Mal0 idea later, when I can focus more on skellie faces.

Oh, Suddenly Egyptian Gods take over day 17 of #inktober! These guys are from a "four panel comic" style anime, which is a sub genre I'm particularly fond of. I could not get Medjed's eyes right to save my life. However, I'm really really happy with my smear framing of Basts...uh...jingle things.

Day 16 of #inktober: it's morning. Not happy with the drawing, but I understand what went wrong. For example, I got this great torso bend but then proceeded to screw it up by making the legs straight. When slouching like that, the legs should have a similar bend to them.

Day 15 of #inktober: witchy Valden While yes, I've been drawing random cartoon characters for fun, the real aim was to learn from the exercise. This doodle isan attempt to incorporate what I think I've learned so far. Kind of like Inktober midterms.

I'm posting day 14 of #Inktober now because I won't have time to do much drawing tomorrow. I'm having a blast drawing random cartoon characters I've never drawn before. It feels like I've unlocked a super power. Kinda silly, i know.

Well, I guess this is #inktober day 13! Was intending on drawing some general face shapes for practice, but kept popping out cartoon characters.

Day 12 of #inktober: "The Temple for Gifted Adventurers" I actually wanted to redraw this one, but today went faster than expected. Poor fox lost his tail. If you haven't played the videogame "Tunic," the glyph on the door is supposed to read "Pull." I couldn't find an "uh" sound though in Trunic.
