I think one of the things I like about the #NCTS aesthetic is that it looks like you make a #NASCAR Racing 1999 Edition truck set and not have to modify the body model at all. They somehow look both modern and stuck in the 1990s, which is cool.

I have a lot of thoughts about this weekend, about both Lime Rock and NASCAR, but for now I'll keep it to: I have not appreciated the Truck Series enough, but by the same token, it has the same exact driving standards problem the rest of NASCAR has.

Reception has sucked today. The Lime Rock experience has been great! The Truck race was BUTT.

I had visions of waiting an hour in traffic trying to get in, but I left early enough that I rolled right on in. An early win today.

I must admit I'm not thrilled about having to get up like I'm going to work to make sure I can get back to Lime Rock before traffic gets nuts. The schedule is a lot tighter tomorrow, which is great! But I wish a Truck practice could have shifted to today.

That open paddock was chaotic but greatly appreciated. A bunch of drivers were signing and a lot of fans are going home happy.

In practice, ARCA and TA2 look pretty similar around here.

That’s 2 ARCA cars that have made love to the tire barrier on entry to the uphill in less than 10 minutes

15 minutes before practice and I’m the only guy with a camera at the uphill.

The delay is whatever, but it makes me SO happy that iRacing did the thing and called it “IndyCar Racing”

Starting to get legit excited for Lime Rock on Friday. When I saw the schedule I was concerned I wouldn't get a full day out of it, but both the USF Juniors and ARCA paddocks will apparently be open, plus there's the Truck paddock open house too, so it will be a fun one.

I tend to like my racing shirts more minimalistic, but I cannot deny that a Rexy shirt in this aesthetic would be an instant purchase. shopgoodwill.com/item/269785469
