There was no missing the distinct curl of his upper lip in disgust at the sight of flexing musculature, though his expression quickly became neutral once more. "I could never imagine being such a large target. Or even taking hits in the first place . . ."

She's free to do what she likes. He won't stop her. All he'll be doing is lounging about with the occasional yawn. "Maybe I got up too early . . ."

Qirara's a quiet guy, but the rumbling of his hungry stomach is absolutely thunderous. Wonder if he gets that from his saber side . . .

It's less effort on his part, and moreso sidestepping an eventuality. If people are going to bother him, he may as well take that first step himself to avoid the annoyance of being surprised by it. Practicality makes for a perfect hunter.

There are few that can keep pace with him when on the prowl for food, and even fewer who wish to match his slow pace any other time. . . . He may not care for the idea of a pack, but that doesn't mean he won't at least attempt to socialize. There should just be no surprise when he's bad at it.
