We thank Diana Moss for the invitation to participate in the PPI Conference, where we shared our thoughts on why the "for-cause" protections for FTC Commissioners do not threaten separation of powers and should be preserved. Details in the posted paper.

Elon Musk says that no one has died because he slashed humanitarian aid. I went to South Sudan to check if that's true. It's not. Meet Peter, Achol and Evan, ages 10, 8 and 5. The reckless actions of the world's richest men are killing the world's poorest kids

Opinion | Musk Said No One Has Died Since Aid Was Cut. That Isn’t True. (Gift Article)
A journey through the front lines of global poverty shows that when the world’s richest men slash aid for the world’s poorest children, the result is sickness, starvation and death.

So much corruption and conflict with everything Elon touches. It should be no surprise to anyone that the agencies he has targeted first and most intensely -- CFPB and USAID -- both happen to stand in the way of his business plans. Shocker . . . but massively shameful for the US.

The CFPB took aim at Big Tech. Then Elon Musk moved to dismantle it.
In the days before Musk’s DOGE set its sights on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, X revealed plans for a payments system the agency might have overseen.
