Had fun spending time at the @Getty Villa with my two grown-up kids today! They’re just as silly as me. Sam’s girlfriend and Lauren’s friend joined us.

July 1st I finished revisions to my application for 2026 California Teacher of the Year—eight essays, a professional resume, a 2-3 minute introductory video, and two professional photos. OCDE submitted it on Monday, July 7th. Now we wait.🤞🏼

I always love visiting the Getty Center. Can’t wait until the Getty Villa reopens on the 27th!
