I've been playing Classic Hardcore again, and I know it's a belaboured point that everyone makes but god I really feel how much Cataclysm stole from WoW's playerbase. Defias in Elwynn instead of "comically" illiterate orcs, Mulgore being full of wildlife, the atmosphere worsened so much in cata.

Look, if you like/liked Ascension WoW then this isn't me trying to rub salt in the wound about Blizzard issuing a shutdown. Having any game you like shut down sucks. That being said, I CONSTANTLY got ads for Ascension on EVERY video for a month. If you're a PRIVATE server you can't be that public.
