A few months ago I started to sew pants made from softshell for my husband, so he wouldn't get so cold when walking the dog in the morning. Since we had a long an warm fall until now, I hadn't finished them. Only the hem was missing. With -8° today, I finished them fast now before he got up. 😄

Yesterday I finished the first unit of a tailoring course. Quite happy with it 😊 Looking forward to unit 2 tomorrow. Im Dezember habe ich mir die Masterclass der Schneiderakademie gekauft und gestern die erste Einheit fertig genäht. Freue mich auf Einheit 2 morgen.

I don't know why, but my current sewing project simply doesn't want to be finished. Opening an overloco seam again, this time because one of the 4 threads broke and I didn't realise it until I finished the seam. I'm still a beginner with an overlock so I hope it can only get better. 😔

So first post. 😂 I bought myself an adventcalendar with fabrics and patterns. I seldom sew clothes, but I'll try to do more of that, so this calendar was a good motivation. Worked on the first pattern today. Maybe I'll find time to finish tomorrow.
