For 3 days I’ve struggled to walk properly because my hips and lower back being in spasm. Some stretches helped. UNTIL LAST NIGHT…I found a really painful muscle near my shoulder blade. I massaged it (OUCH!) and suddenly my back and hips feel so much better… why are bodies so weird?! 😩
