"Conditional discharges" come with a probation period of up to three years. Border authorities do not recognize conditional discharges as a lesser sentence. As a result of this a person may still be refused entry into the United States as a result of a conditional discharge.

He is going to destroy everything because Americans, in an act of collective unconsciousness, elected him to do it. 100 Million didn't even bother to vote and 76 Million don't care about the Republic, Democracy or Decency. If it happens it will be an act of self-destruction.
