Once again I'm worried about the high winds we are getting and i think will be all night. I can't risk a power out. I spent all my grocery money at cheque time instead of doing week to week this time bc of sales.

Finally got coffee and had some breakfast. Hoping to get rid of this headache. High protein yogurt is actually unpleasant to eat. Its so thick its hard to swallow. I notice it less when I have it with oats but didnt do oats today

My delivery and psych appt are happening at the same time. FML. Of course I didn't remember the psych appt bc they made me book it 2 months ago

I haven't slept a wink this is ridiculous. I just finally got up and made coffee. I have a delivery coming this morning I have to be up for so I can't just lay around in bed hoping to sleep

Having food I can microwave is so helpful. I can't believe I went so long with out a microwave. I'm not feeling good but had some GF pre cooked chicken strips with tzatziki.
