Doing step to distance calculations in my head and I keep landing on roughly 2000 steps per mile. Weird. Theres metric in my imperial? But if course it's the f'ing Romans, they count paces as two steps so 1k of them is a *mille* and that's how we get the word mile but it's not a 1k steps it's 2k.

I'll have you know that this week I'm getting 10k steps a day, got my annual skin check, got my dental cleaning, scheduled a mammogram, AND made an eye doctor appointment over the phone.
