Oh, and the fact that KDP updates on a monthly basis nearly gave me coniptions. All of my 21 sales suddenly disappeared! Not as bad as nearly burning the house down, but still…

Well., I've nearly burned down the house. It's going to be fun to see if the ceramic hob still works after some numbnuts (me) left a pan merrily cooking nothing.

So, it turns out that kittens and cables are unmixy things. No tragedies as yet, but it doesn't make for conducive writing conditions. There should probably have been a sign or label or something.
