Watched Wakefield (2021) again recently and predictably cried my eyes out again and I know I'm a little odd for going into media specifically bc I know it'll make me cry, but gosh that post-cry catharsis feels so good. Anyway, TL;DR Wakefield is a good show and I really like it.

Re: painting practise. I think I'm understanding a few things in isolation, but I don't know how to combine all those things so they work together seamlessly 🤔 I did get my hands on some colour theory art books though, so I will be giving those a read before I attempt any more painting.
