Garden is done for the year.

No Kings in Williamsburg VA. Over 1600 people and it was awesome. Happy and peaceful. Almost no police presence and only two people and one truck I saw yelling Trump stuff.

With Halloween coming up I thought you might enjoy my son’s costume from last year. He really committed to it and had the top of his head shaved. He went to college and was the only one dressed up. 🤣 As he’s very introverted I was so pleased for him.

My son passed away 5 years ago. He passed too early from alcoholic hepatitis. I was fortunate to be able to be with him for his last two weeks. Watching my son slip away, while there was nothing that could be done, was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Hug your loved ones and make the days count.

This is speculative but I have family friend that relies on Medicaid to stay alive. Born with diabetes, ovarian cancer at 23, and now in her early 30s. She moved to another state and haven’t heard from her in 2 months.She had contemplated suicide and I’m afraid loss of Medicaid was the final straw.

2/2 Mental Issues: depression due to grief (lost a son to alcoholic hepatitis), also trauma from a toxic relationship Now, all of this I deal with but I'm still staying positive and reveling in the good in my life. It’s all about seeking the good in life. I wish all of you the best!♥️

So I’ve mentioned I’m relatively healthy but I think I’m a bit optimistic. After ruminating a bit I ran through things I deal with on the daily. I figured some of you may identify. Physical abnormalities: Gallbladder removal Hypothyroidism Lung cancer Osteoporosis Osteoarthritis Osteopenia 1/2

Rainy day but the deck plants are loving it.

Today I turn 68 and aging is not for the faint of heart. 🤣 I am very fortunate to be in as good a health as I am and I sympathize with all of you with serious health issues. I appreciate all my loved ones that let me know daily how special I am to them. I am truly blessed and grateful.

May everyone have an amazing day. I know the world is struggling but take a deep breath, step away from the chaos briefly and embrace the good you see in this world. It may be harder to find but it’s there. ♥️
